ReplyDeleteThanks for the email. From the pictures it looks like you are having a good time. I'm glad you're enjoying the food and new friendships. The item that was lost has been found. As I like to say, "It's right where you left it." I can't believe with all the pictures of soccer playing that you were not in one of them.
There was a great sermon this morning with one of the points being that God is with us now but is also waiting for us in the future pulling us toward himself. After church we looked out and there was a barred owl sitting on the front lawn. Quite an impressive sight. We continue to pray for all of you hoping that the rest of your trip goes well. Love, Dad

ReplyDeleteWe really are enjoying following the blog and looking at all the great pictures. It looks like u are doing well and hopefully having a good time! We are so proud of all u r doing :) I took Kyle and Ryan up to camp today and Marissa is missing u all a lot! Me too :) We all are praying for u and we have emailed the link of the blog to far away family and they are also keeping tabs on you. We love you, Josiah, and I can't wait to hear all about your trip and find out what was going on in all those fun pictures.

ReplyDeleteMany, many of us are praying for all of you. Oh, so wonderful to see the photos and read about the happenings. May God change all of you...guiding, directing, molding and softening. God is so good at using situations and people to refine us. Hoping that this is happening right now. NOT that I am praying that you are encountering hardship. Oh no, just sufficient challenges and blessings that you KNOW who is in control.
Anyway, I love you, miss you and am continuing to lift you up before the King of Kings.
By the way, we gave your room away to the highest bidder:)
Elsie is SWEET and adorable, finding a very special place in our hearts. She is not, however, the highest bidder. We will let you know about that later.

Elsie is better than any of my wildest dreams, and she is the best puppy ever. (Not being partial or anything.) Even Alan loves her! She is the background on Ben's phone, and that says it all.
